Our market dates are divided into two categories (Festive & Non-Festive dates), these two categories will have different rental rate. Please check carefully before submitting.

No last minute cancellation after selected or vendors will be suspended from joining future markets.

By registering, you have agreed to below Term & Conditions: 

A. PERMITTED/PROHIBITED USE
  1. Sulap Artizan starts from 10:00AM to 9:00PM daily.
  2. Vendors are permitted to store their belongings in the event space; however, the event organizer/mall management will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred. Vendors are required to maintain the booth space in a tidy and presentable manner at all times.  All waste and rubbish can be disposed at the designated disposal bin outside the venue.
  3. Vendor shall not conduct any business, trade or services that involves selling pirated / fakes/ imitations / passing off/ counterfeit goods and products that infringe registered trademarks at the booth (space). Vendor must have  the legal authority to sell products with registered trademarks with official approval from the brand owner.
  4. Prepacked food and drinks are permitted. However, strictly no cooking and/or on-site preparation of hot food e.g. baking oven, boiling pan, boiling pot etc. without prior approval.
  5. Sulap Artizan Management and Suria Sabah Shopping Mall reserves the right and with sole discretion to refuse or accept any applications that deemed suitable or not suitable, as well as immediately terminate any booth (space) if the services, items or products displayed or sold at the booth (space) is in any manner found inappropriate, in conflict of interest to mall's direction, sublet, misused, or suspected to be illegal, unlawful, and offensive.
  6. Vendor shall not at any time manage and/or conduct its booth (space) in any manner which in the reasonable opinion of the Management is injurious to the reputation of Suria Sabah Shopping Mall or which in such opinion is offensive or detrimental to the nature or character of Suria Sabah Shopping Mall.
  7. Vendor bears full legal liability and punishment if there are offences on the above.
B. RATES & SETTLEMENT OF PAYMENTS
  1. Sulap Artizan Management reserves the right to relocate Vendor to another booth (space) if required.
  2. A power socket will be provided for each booth (space) by request (13Amp for normal usage only). One stall structure and two chairs per booth is provided. Shall additional requests be required, please consult with management for more information. Special requests may be subject to additional charges.
  3. All payments can be made by Direct Transfer to the bank account MAKAMEWAH SDN BHD  7651105118 - OCBC Bank, must be fully paid including deposit after participation is confirmed. No reservation.
  4. If the Vendor who has already paid for the booth but did not turn up on the commencement day, or cancels less than three (3) days before the Commencement date, Sulap Artizan Management is entitled to forfeit absolutely all monies already paid by vendor and strictly no refund will be given at any circumstances.
C. HEALTH & SAFETY
  1. Vendor must adhere to all safety policies and general standards for health, life, fire and water safety. Sulap Artizan Management and Suria Sabah Shopping Mall are not liable for any emergencies and/or medical treatment for personal injuries of any person(s) associated with the Vendor during the term of this Agreement.
  2. Vendor must display proper warning notices together with appropriate safety barriers or guards, where required, to alert all person(s) and avoid any person(s) from getting injury or accident.
  3. Sulap Artizan Management and Suria Sabah Shopping Mall will not be responsible for any damage, theft or loss of any valuables and properties (e.g. personal belongings, facilities, equipment, or things whatsoever) or anything brought into or left at the booth (space) or venue at any time either by the Vendor or by any other person related to the Vendor.
D. MALL’S RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. Suria Sabah Shopping Mall’s rules and regulations apply, including but not limited to: smoking is strictly prohibited within the building, no access to any parts of the mall after operation hours; no cooking or any fire and water activities; no pets etc.
E. SETUP
  1. Set up time is starting on 29 May 2025 after 10:00PM or before 10:00AM next day. Dismantle time 01 June 2025 after 10:00PM or before 10:00AM next day.
  2. Standard booth space is 5ft X 7ft per booth. Exhibitors are not allowed to operate beyond the allocated space given.
  3. The Sulap Artizan Management reserve the right to modify the rules of operation outline above.
F. EXHIBITOR TAGS
  1.   Vendors must return their exhibitor tags within one week after the event ends. Failure to do so will result in a RM 50 deduction from their deposit.
Liability Disclaimer:

The organizer shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, injury, or liability incurred by vendors during the event period. Vendors are solely responsible for their own property, equipment, and any actions taken during the event. By participating in the event, vendors agree to indemnify and hold the organizer harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation.
